Yeah. Still have search alerts set up, but nothing new on the horizon. If the 10 acres w/ shop is still available when I’m ready to spend that much I’ll probably go for that.

Fair enough. I know I should like it. I like my friends Civic Si, but for some reason I don’t. I respect it, but I just don’t want one. Same with me and the Miata. I understand the appeal after having driven one, but I just don’t want one.

Now make this a 911 turbo convertible, and I really want one.

Funny - I have more interest in owning an S2000 or ND Miata than a Turbo convertible. Don’t get me wrong, I’d love having a 911, but the convertible just isn’t the one I want.

Now, if you had all three lined up and told me I could just pick one...

That’s fair enough. I would prefer the coupe, but I wouldn’t mind a convertible. They’re also cheaper.

I sort of want to get another M3, for reasons, and DCT E93s are the cheapest of the lot. I find it ironic that the most expensive when new, the E93, is the cheapest used ones. I’m happy that the 6MT E90s seem to be the ones that hold their value the most.

One of the things I love about the 911 is its profile view, and the Cab ruins that for me (also, weight, like the E93, just not nearly as bad).

E93 profile is also really bad with the roof up.

Yeah, that would be my guess. But for what some cars on there sell for, I can’t imagine the profit margins are huge.

But I guess if they’re doing it primarily for fun rather than money, more power to them.
